My process here was quite lengthy after having surgery back in July. Nonetheless all the nurses here were GREAT. The program director (wish I remembered her name) was PHENOMENAL and deserves a raise. She was so so positive and it made me constantly coming here feel much more comfortable. Almost sad that I won’t be seeing her again because she was off the charts awesome. Excellent care from a great nursing staff. From wound care to hyperbaric therapy my post surgery care has been anazing
I was at the wound care doctor today with my family member and have to say this is one of the best handsdown places my family member gets care from. There was a patient today who tried stealing others appointments and the staff did right by us and didn't let that happen. The guy was disrespectful to the ladies and it was uncalled for. This is a great place and I want that to be known.
BEWARE! I can give this place zero stars I would but it won’t let me. This place sucks. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. we had appointment issues and the supervisor over there would not even let us get a word in edgewise. Dana kept talking and talking and talking and will not listen to the patient. part of being a good supervisor and a nurse, is listening to what your patient has to say.
