Nurses are ok. The problem is waiting 1/2 hour to 1.5 hours in a crowded smelly waiting room with chairs too close together and not enough seating. These people are elderly and / or sick and to have them wait so long is shameful. They have a monopoly so they think this is ok. It’s certainly NOT ok to make people crowd in to a smelly space and wait so long past their appt time.
Amazing nursing staff and Dr O is the best.
Nurses are great, issue is wait time. It's unacceptable to have patients wait 1 - 2 hours before they are even called in, especially the elder people.
My process here was quite lengthy after having surgery back in July. Nonetheless all the nurses here were GREAT. The program director (wish I remembered her name) was PHENOMENAL and deserves a raise. She was so so positive and it made me constantly coming here feel much more comfortable. Almost sad that I won’t be seeing her again because she was off the charts awesome.
