I have been a patient for 6mths and they are awsome. Very friendly staff and that makes the environment feel like home.

Called to inquire and lady I spoke to was very rude. Just wanted to ask if they do home visits and her response was "that is what home health is for" well our case is a bedbound hospice patient. That was really helpful.
Their wound wrap kit is restricted to an insulated 'Uniboot'. There are non insulated kits out there that don't cause heat buildup and itching, used by Preferred Family Care in Bakersfield. The thick cotton layer that goes over the cool treated layer, is not suitable for this warm summer climate as cold packs can not benefit much when pain and itching present themselves.
