THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! They failed to inform me I was receiving 2 different types of ultrasounds in the same visit (1 being an ego ultrasound) When I paid the front desk my copay (which was $130) they failed to mention anything about it and I was completely unaware. It wasn’t until I called about another issue two months later that I was even informed I had a balance of $50 with them even though I paid the day of the visit! Incompetent office. They over schedule then understaff. Every visit is over 2 hours... so make sure you have the whole day. Dr A is also rude and talks about patients in hallway "Well she waited 2 days ... whats 10 minutes?!" Not flexible if you have emergency. Unable to explain why your bill is different EVERY VISIT. ALSO, staff goes to lunch while you wait on them. RUN or WADDLE AWAY

RecommendedI can't say enough good things about the Wound Care Center. The care and kindness I received for the 15 weeks I was a patient there was way beyond my expectations. I had a very painful wound and was scared to go there at first, but from the first day I was never afraid again. Dr. Oguchi and each and everyone who helped me heal were simply awesome. This is the place to go for wound care, there's no doubt about it!
