Checked in by a very unfriendly and short receptionist. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby I was brought to my exam room and was asked what I was here for. I told her just a routine, annual Pap smear and she proceeded to tell me it’s noted in my account that I’m having a vaginal issue?? Super clueless as to where they got that information from.
