Do not recommend this clinic at all. Though Cathie Warren is kind enough, this office is impossible to deal with. They sent my labs to an out-of-network lab and was initially charged $1,500 for lab fees. I was tested by them twice and each time, I had to call and call and call and could never get through to anyone. When I finally got through after about three weeks, I finally got my lab results. Been seeing Dr Russell for 20 years. She’s stellar!!
Awful communication and care. I was told I had a medical issue that could be fine or could be potentially serious. They sent me for an ultrasound and I spend 5 days trying to contact them for results. They would only discuss results via a “telehealth” appointment that was conveniently $80. This “appointment” was an 8 min phone call at which point I was told my only options were birth control that usually makes me extremely sick or to “wait it out”. Do not recommend this place at all. Have to pretty much heckle the doctors to get any results or answers. Dr Cathie had my ultrasound results on her desk for 3 weeks and never let me know what they were. I just switched doctors because I got tired of begging her to review my results. The most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever seen.
They were 30 minutes late to see me after I arrived on time for my appointment. When I explained to them that I had another doctors appointment following this one, but I was now going to be late for they were not empathetic. They actually instructed me to reschedule if I couldn’t continue waiting after they were significantly late to my appointment already.
