I had five implants and it was the least painful experience I've ever had. I've had lots of dental work done over the years and have had suffered much pain on various procedures. And, it didn't take forever for the numbness to wear off. Although I'm not completely finished with my treatment plan, I am very pleased with the the implant procedure.
