Nice, new beautiful facility. I wouldn't describe the staff or doctor as ultra-friendly (with the exception of one fun spirited employee), but they're not rude. Their services are cost prohibitive, I sure wish they were in my dental network's preferred provider plan (not sure who determines that, the insurance or the office?)

Extremely efficient office staff. Kind, helpful, informative dental assistant. Dr. Poore is amazingly down-to-earth, explains procedures in layman's terms and keeps appointments on schedule. No waiting.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were friendly and professional and took me right back and got to work. I was in and out in a flash. Something else I noticed was that whomever was in charge of the gas that was used on me was excellent at it. I was very coherent during the first part but as soon as I mentioned any discomfort they increased the gas and I felt nothing, then before the procedure was over they had decreased it so that I didn't feel drug... read more
