I’ve had a great experience with everyone at this office. From the Dr’s, nurses, and receptionists! My surgery went so well I sometimes wonder if I even had surgery. Highly recommend.
STAY AWAY !! 3,-4 messages go unanswered many, many times, but when i left this bad review they called NEXT DAY !! Had this surgery due to wicked arthritis in knees after a bad crash, surgery seemed fine 1st month or so, Nothing but trouble after first 2 months, NO WEIGHT LOSS severe pain for over a year, when I drank more than a sip or 2 the gurgling so loud in my belly others could hear it. I Wasted one year of my life dealing with this office . I completed all the requirements and more . Only to get the runaround and gaslighted. August 2022 Dr. Jeffrey DeSimone gave me the “ green light “ for the surgery to scheduled. The next three months I received a run around, unreturned calls and different reasons why my surgery wasn’t scheduled. After all this, I saw Dr. DeSimone for an office visit.
