I liked the new Dr. He explained my situation.
The Ultrasound technician and assistant were very professional and personable, and then with nurse made certain that I understood what was happening and what the next steps would be. The video conference with the doctor was very reassuring. Finally the lady we check out with was very helpful and laid out future appts nicely. The overall first experience was excellent.
Everyone I encountered was extremely nice. Very helpful in coming up with a treatment plan without overselling and going the most cost effective route.
