I was very satisfied with the way that I was kept informed at the front desk, before, during and after scanning. The scanning results were explained and the next corrective step. The doctor and his team are very professional and resourceful.

I was seen by them for some pain I was having in my leg. Upon getting my diagnosis, they suggested that I put a stint in my leg even after knowing that I previously suffered from blood clot and the stints had a high probability of having them return. I declined. Yet, they continuously called to inquire about me moving forward with the procedure. This left a bad taste in my mouth and led me to believe that patient care isn’t their top priority, money is.

I had the most pleasant and professional experience with the entire staff at The Center for Vascular Medicine. I was comfortable during the scanning, as well as when discussing the results of my carotid artery scan with Callie.

Terrible customer service—avoid this place at all costs! I booked an appointment a month in advance and, on the day of, got delayed while driving. I called ahead to inform them I’d be a few minutes late and asked if I could reschedule. They assured me it was fine, saying they had a 15-minute grace period and that I’d only be five minutes late—no problem.
