My husband has been calling multiple times per day for the last four business days to try to follow up after the ER recommended this location for a second opinion on a lump he found last week. No one has answered, no one has called back. We even tried the "direct line" mentioned in several other 1-star reviews and nothing. You would think a specialized doctor's office would have its act together.
Dr. O was awesome and provided great information, He laid out a plan and we followed through with it! Front desk made it easy to figure out all the steps along the process, Thank You
Called 4 wks ago for a second opinion appt for a cancer diagnosis,still waiting for scheduling office to call to setup a date. Terrible service,second time this has occurred. U of R so much better. Never again for Unity Urology!!
Doesn't matter what time you call staff does not answer or they put you on hold for a long time and they never return calls.
