Worst medical group ive experienced, from the front desk to nurses to doctor. Unprofessional and incompetent.
I had my first appt with this group referred by my Dr. My appt was at 3. Wasn’t seen until 4:40. Dr rushed in was talking so fast I had to interrupt to ask questions. I wasn’t in there for more than 10 minutes! Guess what they close at 5. First and last time they will see me.
I have been trying to call to make an appointment and have been sitting for someone to answer the phone for over 20 mins, that’s unacceptable for a wait time to even pick up!!! 😡
My husband has been calling multiple times per day for the last four business days to try to follow up after the ER recommended this location for a second opinion on a lump he found last week. No one has answered, no one has called back. We even tried the "direct line" mentioned in several other 1-star reviews and nothing. You would think a specialized doctor's office would have its act together.
Dr. O was awesome and provided great information, He laid out a plan and we followed through with it! Front desk made it easy to figure out all the steps along the process, Thank You
