Dr. Monath performed a urolift procedure on me in March, 2021. On his follow-up call a month later, I told him that I was still having to urinate every two hours, during the night. With a brusque manner, he stated that I had sleep apnea. A year later, tests for such were negative. I shall return to the.practice and request an examination and review by another urologist.
I would recommend this office as the doctors are very good at what they do. However, I can not recommend them & suggest you find a urologist elsewhere. I'm currently a patient & anytime I've had to contact them, I've experienced days of frustration to do so. They do not answer their phones, & if by chance you actually are able to get though to voicemail, most likely it will be full. if you are lucky enough to actually be able to leave a call, it won't be returned. Had to wait over an hour past my scheduled consultation time. Then left me voicemail 2 days before my surgery telling me if I don't pay 2 days in advance they will automatically cancel my surgery.
Changed my surgery appt by and didn't tell me til less than 24hrs before by voicemail. Called back and changed to earlier. Told me 1.5hrs late after there for over 1/2 hr due to computer issue. RIGHT!
I can only give them 1 star because of the incompetent and condescending staff. Dr. Harris seems caring, but the staff? Forget follow-through. Want to be called back? You'll be waiting a very long time.
This place is a joke. I walked in and did nothing but sign waivers about billing and how they would collect my money. I was then asked for a urine analysis before I even got to the room without them knowing why I was there. Once the DR saw me he took less then a minute and said he didnt know and told me since I was in the IT field to look my problem up on the internet. So now I have a $70 office visit to be told to look on the internet.
