doctor and nursing staff are great. office manager is really great she works with you on getting your surgery set up and your payment. But it's kind of rude of the receptionist when you tell her you don't have a co-pay and she shut the little window and talk about you where you can hear it. Dr. Portera is very nice and he cares. He sits down with you and explains things, showing you pictures and diagrams. He is thorough and he will even help you sit up after an exam. I also didn't have to wait weeks or months to get an appointment.
Everyone was so nice and professional, very organized and prompt. Dr. Portera has great bedside manor, very pleased with my visit.
Wonderful and kind doctor and staff. They care about your well being something rare to find these days.
