I stumbled upon them while calling around in December frantically needing to talk about the option of ablation before my insurance ran out (after several years of issues and a couple of other Drs). I was happy to refer her to Dr. Brass knowing that she would be a great fit and would alleviate her concerns and support her desires. Super disappointed by the office and their lack of organization. I was really frustrated when I went in multiple times and every time I was treated as a new patient. Also very frustrated when I went in as a new pregnancy and wasn’t given anything more than a “Congrats you’re pregnant!” No due date or anything.
