Called today (May 11) to make new patient appointments for my husband and myself. I spoke with Kelly. I double-checked that they were in network for my insurance which she confirmed, but she said it was my responsibility to know what my plan covers (which I do). I questioned how they would know what to charge me so I'd know if there was any balance over and above what my insurance covered but she couldn't explain that.
