This person is a total scam artist. They claim to be an expert but they were unable to diagnose me properly. What they were able to do was take $5,000 from me without giving me any relief. They lied to me in the first visit that insurance would cover their useless treatments. I spent $5,000 and one year getting treatment from this man and I got no results. His treatments kept me in constant pain and he was rude and aggressive when I tried to get that addressed.
I had waffled about keeping my appointment bc my jaw pain had been improving but I'm glad I went. Their office is efficiently run and staffed by the nicest people I've seen in a medical office in a long time. Dr. Smithberger was on time (which is huge for me, as someone who has been kept waiting by dozens of doctors over the years), kind, professional, knowledgeable - he asked a lot of questions and seemed to actually listen to the answers! First visit. Dr. Grill was very thorough. He asked important questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. Listened intently and answered my questions. Very happy with first visit. All the staff members were also wonderful.
Dr. Grill is wonderful. He’s so kind and he listens to whatever issues you are having. I can’t say enough about my experience with his practice.
