Not a pleasant experience. This organization attempted to charge us more than twice the amount of our copay. When questioned they proceeded to tell us they had spoke with our insurance and the amount was accurate yet our insurance told us the opposite . We had to do a three way call with our insurance to prove the amount was inaccurate. No apology, no effort to make amends. Requested a call from leadership its been a full week... No call. I have my therapies with Sharena Fleming in McHenry office and as a therapist she is been helping me a lot with my frustrations and all the stress that I been having she is really open to listen everything that I talk to her in my sessions, I feel really comfortable to come and talk to her about everything she is a great therapist
