I was referred to Dr Rosenberg in July, no contact from them until Sept. I had called a couple of weeks after the referral and they responded by saying they are still reviewing my information. In the Sept conversation I finally got my appointment for Oct 10 and the documents I needed to fill out prior to the appointment. Filled it out and returned a few days later. The nurse practitioner was nice. Received orders for an MRI. Had my MRI and called to make sure they got my results at the same time I did. The front office said she would not check to see if they had them because "if they ordered them they will get them". I never heard from them again until 6 weeks later when they called asking why I hadn't had an MRI yet. Very very difficult to maneuver through the process of even getting a live person on the phone. Seems that stimulator is working but needs some adjustments yet. Is a bit slow getting Nevro to respond but we’re working with them
