I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for several years now. The care that I receive there is excellent. Nevertheless, the response time by the staff is atrocious. I had to cancel my appointment do to illness per office policy. This was on the 14th, I still have not heard back from them on rescheduling. All my medications are due for refill on the 18th. This Dr Seidensticker that took over for Dr Bourne’s practice doesn’t listen and wants you to suffer. I have been on the same pain medications and all of a sudden at my last appointment he didn’t give me one of my pain medicines. He lied to me. Said he would review it in 3 months meanwhile while I’m in constant pain. Terrible doctor
