Beautiful places lots to see from different Geological locations. Down side there was contractions going on and not a clear path.
Fantastic facility and very well maintained. Helpfull and friendly staff. Park of the botanical gardens. Near other historic points of interest too. Plan on spending most of the day in the overall gardens and grounds. Great views of the Pittsburgh skyline from the rooftop gardens also. Highly recommended.
This strange little building is beautiful institutional emptiness. There are a few well-funded bits of art, and a big ol spiral staircase, but the building really just looks like a gathering place, a space for conventions or parties or moneyed mitzvahs.
