This office refused to see me because I made notes to my consent form because I do not consent to have video or pictures of me taken and used without my knowledge and consent. I did not consent to my credit report being available to my adventhealth as it has nothing to do with my condition. I also do not consent to having my credit card charged for an unpaid balance I may not be aware of without my consent. great staff ! except for the manager the women named faunya or whatever her name was, her attitude was not okay and wouldn’t even try to talk to my mother that’s responsible for the insurance when i was trying to figure out why i was being charged so much! the rest of the staff tho was amazing and very understanding but unfortunately faunya has made me not want to go back again!
From the Oncology Director to the receptionists, whether it was the office/group staff or the hospital staff, everyone was absolutely amazing and personal when it came to treating my mom. Every Advent Health just isn't the same, but this one was on every visit. I would choose them a million times over and drive unlimited miles to know and have faith that they will take care of me or someone I knew.
