Stopped at Dr Watts office yesterday after seeing my PCP for pain in my back along with various other symptoms (I have several "rare" medical conditions). I talked to the front desk and was immediately sent to the Surgical Hospital for X-Rays and quickly seen by Dr Watts. There was not much he could do for me but he referred me to Neurology and I received a phone call today to see them. His staff is amazing, caring, compassionate, and very professional.
I was seen by Valerie Todd's. She was very personable, asked a lot of questions, listened to me and was very understanding. She suggested a plan and asked if it sounded like something I would be willing to try. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful.
Valerie Dodds was very nice, kind, and respectful. She answered all my questions. I feel positive about my treatment.
