This was an awful experience. I went to pain management because I have a serious spine history and ongoing pain, but I felt judged and dismissed from the start. I have never failed a drug test, never requested early refills, and have tried to do everything the right way. None of that seemed to matter. I still felt like I was treated as if I was drug-seeking instead of being treated like a patient with legitimate back problems. I went there for 4 years never had a problem until hamza came in he doesn't deserve to be called a doctor he's rude will not let you talk and when he does let you speak he will cut you off the last day i was there him and my husband had words due to hamza talking down to me what sent my husband off was hamza cussed me and said I was stupid with no money that he lives comfortable but was stuck in a hell hole called hall county if he doesn't like hall county then he should find somewhere else to go this place is awful hamza ha... read more
I had an epidural in the surgery center part of the building and the people were so nice! Trajene, Amber and Justin were so comforting and kind. Thank you so much for being the best and making my experience pleasant. But I’m changing my review to a one star because of Dr. Rueben Diaz and the nursing/front desk staff. Dr. Diaz feels that it’s his way or the highway. If you tell him something doesn’t work, such as procedures or medicine, he basically thinks you’re lying which made me very uncomfortable.
