It’s the Rude staff for me.. Doctors and PAs have been absolutely amazing!
Nothing. I am treated with respect and dignity. The Doctors, Nurse practitioner, Medical assistance and front Receptionsts always listens to me and help me with my problems. Thank you ALL so much.
Let a person know if they a balance on there account even if they scheduled an appointment online. Don't like know the day of the appointment that there is a pretty high balance due.

The doctors are good, but the front office and the doctors' assistant could care less about the patients. Nobody returns your calls and the front office just wants to get you out....newsflash, ever hear of customer service? If you don't like your job, just leave....
