Loraine went above and beyond to provide amazing quality care. My daughter and I had all of the pillows and blankets we needed and anything else we could have wanted. She also took the time to explain each sensor and what they were testing to help ease any anxiety or worry about the test that either of us could have. She was knowledgeable, relatable, helpful, and kind ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The recording Tech Sara made the sleep study a pleasant experience. She was very kind and informative and thoroughly answered all my questions. I experienced a good nights sleep and felt better than usual when I woke up. My tech informed me that I would have more energy and wouldn’t feel so sluggish during the day.
The professional level of detail and compassion that Carol Ann provided to a person who I assist with medical needs was extraordinaire. She made sure all questions regarding the test, and equipment was fully answered. This place is run by some of the nicest folks.My experience from stop to start was nothing short of perfect. The staff made me feel at home and were very attentive. A small glitch in getting my actual equipment was quickly addressed within a 3 minute time frame. I highly recommend this sleep center!
