My doctor sent a referral back in May and I have yet been able to schedule an appointment despite calling several times and leaving several voicemails (yes I’m leaving my name, DOB, and call back number). They have reduced hours “due to COVID”. Save yourself the time and effort and request your doctor to give you a referral to a different location. Been trying for 2 weeks to make an appointment, left multiple voicemails with no callbacks. My Dr faxed over my information at the beginning of the 2 weeks. Still no responses

Nurses are nice. nothing but problems with appointments or the system to set up for appointment /doctors. Never pick up the phone or call back. Finally got an appointment and waited over an hour in the waiting room with 3 others an hour behind schedule. Appointment time @ 340 pm finally got called back at 455 pm. (What would happen if I were and hour late?) Literally 5 minutes with the doc just to make sure insurance covers the CPAP. Broken system. Absolutely great nurses/staff. Absolutely horrendous when it comes to answering the phone and returning calls. In fact they’ve never answered the phone and the soonest I’ve received a return call is 3 weeks and that’s only if they even call you back. The people I’ve dealt with there are kind and friendly but I’m not sure how any business could survive with this habit of never answering and rarely returning calls
