My doctor sent a referral back in May and I have yet been able to schedule an appointment despite calling several times and leaving several voicemails (yes I’m leaving my name, DOB, and call back number). They have reduced hours “due to COVID”. Save yourself the time and effort and request your doctor to give you a referral to a different location. The staff at this doctor's office is great, but getting an appointment or a return call is incredibly difficult. Leaving voicemails doesn't seem to work, and it's frustrating when staff members never call back. I am currently trying to make an appointment for my CPAP machine for insurance purposes, and my deadline is fast approaching. I have been attempting to get an appointment since begging of August. Been trying for 2 weeks to make an appointment, left multiple voicemails with no callbacks. My Dr faxed over my information at the beginning of the 2 weeks. Still no responses

Nurses are nice. nothing but problems with appointments or the system to set up for appointment /doctors. Never pick up the phone or call back. Finally got an appointment and waited over an hour in the waiting room with 3 others an hour behind schedule. Appointment time @ 340 pm finally got called back at 455 pm. (What would happen if I were and hour late?) Literally 5 minutes with the doc just to make sure insurance covers the CPAP. Broken system. Absolutely great nurses/staff.
