I was an established patient at this office and received a phone call just 2 days before my scheduled appointment informing me that they no longer accepted my insurance. Confusing, as I had the same insurance at my last visit. I was asked if I wanted assistance pursuing a gap exception through my insurance, and I said yes & called immediately.
