If you have a complex medical or dental/TMJ history I would NOT recommend this office. Dr. Wilson offered therapies that would have ultimately worsened my current issues. Not to mention the radiologists read on the CBCT was blatantly incorrect and the imaging had to be sent back, causing a delay in care. Additionally, the imaging addendum provided minimal information. We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Wilson and team for TMJ treatment for my daughter. From the very first visit, the care and attention she received were exceptional. The team took the time to thoroughly explain her condition, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. What stood out most was how compassionate and patient they were with her. I was in a car accident and was told to call this TMJ company. I have been trying to contact them gave them my information. The owner Miss Wilson got on the phone very nasty telling me I was bugging her Employees because I asked them what was going on with them and contacting my insurance company so I do not have to pay their high fees because it’s cause from a car accident that will pay for it.
