Although everyone was patient and kind the business itself feels like a Factory assembly line.
I had cataract surgery on Wednesday at the Center for Sight. . Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and efficient. The intake person, Bethany, made me feel very relaxed. Dr. Mathews did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Dr Mathews and the Center fo Sight for cataract surgery.
Everything was OUTSTANDING. FIVE STARS
Dr. Matthew's and most nursing staff were wonderful. Improvements need to be made with office staff. Using phone numbers that say Center For Sight on caller ID would be a good start. Most recent visit at the office on 41 didn't make a 5 because of 1 nurse, who was rude, condesending, and continuously talked over me. She didn't change her attitude until she discussed my case with someone else. When she returned the attitude changed 180 degrees
