The staff is extremely attentive and thorough. They made the process bearable, although they did tell me I would have some light issues. I needed sunglasses the drive was very unbearable driving home. I should not have driven to tell you the truth. I do not carry extra sunglasses in my vehicle because of transition glasses that I do have. I am very happy with experience.

My appointment went very good. Dr. Fall & his staff are very prompt & professional.
We are patients and my daughter broke her glasses we are needing to get in to get an eye exam before I buy new glasses they told me it would be a 8 month wait and I told them I am willing to go to any location. Kim was hateful and told me there is no wait list I can try to call back later, but there isn't much hope to get in sooner. We LOVE Dr Richardson, but might have to find a new place for our eye care.
