Check in easy staff excellent and wait time was minimal! Very happy with service provided
Although Dr. Carter does a wonderful job, the general administration of the office needs help. The authoritarian texts and Emails saying you "MUST" sign-in now set a very negative tone for the entire patient experience. The robot is very difficult to deal with - - - not user friendly and not programmed to be helpful for the patient. A very "cold" way to introduce anyone to the practice.
