My husband was misdiagnosed by an eye dr that his cataracts weren't ready for surgery, even though he could no longer drive, barely read, couldn't read a tape measure. As with any surgery you have apprehension but Dr. Monsour and her staff explains EVERYTHING and walks you through the procedure. I had cataracts removed from both eyes and I am amazed at the change and what I’ve been missing in my vision. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for an ophthalmologist Dr. Monsour and her staff are the BEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Just had cataracts removed by Dr. Monsour 8-4 and 8-18-2025. I'm very pleased with my results. I'm able to see clearly and read without glasses. Dr.Monsour is a great person, her staff is wonderful. If you have eye issues, don't hesitate, please give Dr. Monsour a call.
This practice is amazing! Dr Monsour is so very sweet and kind.. she explained everything slowly and clearly. The staff is also the same...I couldn't be happier I found them after a terrible experience with another practice that just took a minute to explain different correction levels and prices then when I asked her to slow down she shoved the paper at me and said " we have a lot of people!" Well all I can say is; if you've tried the rest, now simply go to the BEST Eye Surgeon in Westmoreland County - Dr. Miroya Monsour. You won't find a more kinder, caring, gentile Ophthalmologist! Along with her 3 wonderful lady staffers you get treated like you are a member of the family from the moment you come in the building for an appointment. I highly recommend Center for Sight to everyone!
