The most courteous and professional experience that I could have ever expected. From check-in to post-op recovery, the technicians and nurses kept me informed as to what to expect, and completed each aspect of the process seamlessly. My three procedures were completed meticulously and painlessly by Dr. De Rojas. My at home recovery has been painless, as well. Dr. De Rojas did such a wonderful job on my Lasik surgery he is such a caring Doctor and so knowledgeable! The surgery was painless and Recovery was a breeze Directions were very clear! After a few days I stopped reaching for my glasses . Everyone I dealt with face-to-face was very professional and personable. For my two surgery appointments I was impressed with the efficiency they moved patients between stations. Additionally, my results were fantastic with a drastic improvement in my vision that has allowed me to ditch my glasses. The only area of improvement I would suggest is related to scheduling. Although Dr DeRojas and his assistant Elena were fabulous, to wait for about 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time should never happen. It’s understandable that the staff needs time to evaluate each patient so maybe appointments shouldn’t be made so close together.
