The doctor was super nice, but the office staff is terrible. They are unorganized, unresponsive, and not helpful at all. When my contacts came in, I showed up twice around 4pm to pick them up. They close at 5pm, but both times the door was locked and their phone forwarded to the after-hours line. I couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally got my contacts, but while I was on Christmas vacation, I missed a call saying my upcoming appointment was canceled due to staffing and to call back to reschedule.
