I called to get a refill on somthing.Rhonda Murphy PA said she needed to check my labs before she would call it in.She said she sent me a script in May.I never got any script.My question is where did the script go?I never got it.I just had labs done somewhere else.They said they would take those if it showed what she needed.So Im being inconvenienced because she never sent me a script which is delaying my refill.I was frustrated because Id gotten a message from her nurse telling me to have the other drs office fax the result... read more
The physicians do not listen to patients; they use the one size fits all " treatment" plan. You should just be honest with patients: "Our pain management is a sham, but it's keeping malpractice insurance low"
