I am unbelievably thankful that I finally get to say after all these years: I have an amazing therapist.
This organization is a total shell pretending to be of any service to both inbound prospective clients, and the therapists themselves who offload their administrative tasks to organizations like this. Unfortunately, it's a growing trend in this industry for therapists to turn to services like CRS. My experience with them consists exclusively in trying to get ahold of a person over the phone for the last several months, calling often during non lunchtime and ordinary business hours. Extremely unprofessional billing and scheduling office. They do not answer the phone after sending invoices for amounts that make no sense 3 months after sessions I already paid for. Owner/founder was tone deaf when responding to my complaints about why we decided to stop doing business with their offices in the first place; completely misunderstanding what the problem was. My therapist and the center have been amazing! My therapist has helped me so much, guiding me with kindness and support. The center is warm, welcoming, and very well-run. Everything is organized, and you can tell they truly care about everyone who comes in. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done to help me. Highly recommend!
