Really appreciated Dr Charles Lampton, he was so kind and VERY knowledgeable on his practice. Thank you in advance for my many questions- Very patient as I went through this process and now I have a good direction in my life. Lovely people in the office, it's one of the safest environments I've been in.
I called to see if they took my insurance. They assured me they did. On the first appointment, they asked it they could charge the card on file. I agreed. During the 2nd (last) appointment, my daughter was having a hard time, and I was worried we were going to miss as she did not want to go. I called to let them know I was trying to get her in the car but may miss. They told me if we missed, it would be $100 fee. Fabulous! Dr. Lawson is personable and kind and the counselor Krisana Saucedo has been great. So glad we were referred to this clinic.
Horrible! Instead of calling to let me know I owe 200.00 they automatically took it out of my account!! I don't mind paying you but jesus christ call someone first and tell them you don't just automatically withdraw 200.00! Absolutely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Shame on you!
