I am so glad that this facility was able to connect me with an outstanding therapist, Dr. Bob. Other than that the business side is completely broken. there is never someone available to in the office. I have have had MULTIPLE billing issues. If is wasn't for doctor Bob I would not be using their services.

Not ethical. First Sharon is a horrible therapist. I went in during a MD episode. All she had to say was for me to go do yoga. Oh, go do yoga? Why didn't I think of that while I was contemplating suicide? So useless. She's a condescending old lady. The billing lady is even worse. I called to clarify months later after a bill I received since my insurance didn't cover an "evaluation". She said they just use the code for billing and that I didn't receive an evaluation. Literally this lady took all my info and had an appointment set, even told me my insurance was active. When I get there she's so flustered and busy she can't hangup the phone to even say "good morning" just tries to talk to 3 people at once. Anyways, I got there and she told me that I'm not in the system and they don't take my insurance. Just an all around dumb place, very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
