I have seen Dr Jones in the past. I only stopped having her as my clinician only because I moved 30 miles away. I actually continued to see her for two years after my move. She is that good at diagnosing and treating mental health issues. Some of the things that I liked about her approach is her level of compassion and how she encouraged me to make several changes to my life like exercising, healthy eating, etc. I liked how she would motivate me to better myself. Great office. They are very nice and great at their job. And they’re faster at send prescriptions over than I can fill them!
This practice already has been a mess, and even more so during the COVID crisis. Super understanding that when that hit everything turned upside down and now it’s overwhelming and stressful. It’s just that the way they’ve been handling patients is… unhinged. Was supposed to have my appointment on friday, it is now wednesday (3 am) and I’ve never gotten to have my over-the-phone appointment. But they DID call as usual to collect payment. ha.
