If you have a loved one who’s experiencing outbursts/episodes DO NOT I repeat DO NOT send them to the facility! The staff will lie & tell you your loved one is not there. They’re rude, unprofessional & will cause your loved one more harm than good. The staff themselves should probably be treated for mental health themselves; as they lack the skills & empathy to handle such patients. Thank you for helping my family member. I know it can be difficult working with psych patients. He refused to speak with family at first, but after a few days of being back on his meds , he was back to himself.
I'm just another one star review. But yes I'm reporting them. This is disgusting. I come from a high level medical family within bay care and the level of care at this location is sickening.
Horrible facility, no help , The staff is very rude and non-caring they neglect patients that are in serious need of help. I’ve seen many times. I would highly suggest y’all take the extra drive to Orlando or Lakeland or Tampa because this place sucks.
