If you have a loved one who’s experiencing outbursts/episodes DO NOT I repeat DO NOT send them to the facility! The staff will lie & tell you your loved one is not there. They’re rude, unprofessional & will cause your loved one more harm than good. The staff themselves should probably be treated for mental health themselves; as they lack the skills & empathy to handle such patients. They never gave my loved one any hygiene products soap, toothbrush, tooth paste, deodorant NOTHING! They were asked why they have a 1 Star ratin... read more
Thank you for helping my family member. I know it can be difficult working with psych patients. He refused to speak with family at first, but after a few days of being back on his meds , he was back to himself.
