I see Tiffany Diaz and have had an incredible experience with her. She is kind, she listens, and she’s always willing to answer my questions. She’s also generally very responsive when I message her through the portal. I also really appreciate that she remembers little details about me like what I’m doing at work, plans I have, etc. I am also currently completing TMS therapy. Not recommended. First they hook you on strong medication that they know will be hard to get off of and then they let you go without no advice.
There seems to be a theme regarding negativity around reception and the office manager. I am sorry to say that my experience with that part of the office is the same. I have had a rough year and have needed help with my mental wellbeing surrounding that. I have been in a really sad place, very upset, very down, feeling very lonely and that had intensified significantly over the last few week. My first time here today, and it was a wonderful experience! The reviews had me a little nervous, but the entire staff was amazing and so friendly! Rachel Huynh is SO incredible at what she does
Good base level of care and a fine place to start. I was treated by Tiffany Diaz for medication management, she is easy to talk to and generally very pleasant. We started off with trying a few to see what stuck, and some did work well and some didnt. Unfortunately I had undiagnosed ADHD at the time, and only had suspicions. I had tried to mention this once, but it was shut down immediately i think due to the stigma with stimulants.
