The Dr. or Practitioner I am seeing is fine, and the receptionist was nice, however I answered yes to an automated text reminder not knowing that would end the reminders and I missed the reminder and had to pay $25 before I could even reschedule. Mental Health should not be a luxury for rich people. At least apply the $25 to the $80 office visit. Found 1 therapist that is worth the cost however the secretary staff is better suited for fast food work.
The receptionist is so incredibly rude. Could not get one word in, she was constantly talking over me the entire phone call. The documents my councilor sent me I gave to them and she flat out said this looks like you typed it up yourself. So incredibly unprofessional, and I have been in the medical field quite a few years.
