Horrible service. Almost 45 min past my appt time and still heard nothing about when they are getting me in.

Usually get back in a timely manner. The staff is courteous and efficient and the office seems to run smoothly. My only issue is that I can never get the online charter/my health to work. No one has ever returned my call about that after a couple of inquiries.
