Mostly an unprofessional facility with a major lack of compassion. Front desk was rude to my mother, speaking to her with an attitude and jerking papers out of her hands in frustration when she had a simple question about financial assistance and was kind and respectful to them. I accompanied my daughter to seek help with multiple issues she has struggled with for decades. Post long covid eyesight issues, (requiring eyeglasses). Vertigo which impairs her driving so I am her driver for whatever she needs. Major depression from genetics & Pots syndrome. Digestive issues after Covid. The nurse practioner went over a long list of things that to me were useless. Pam and her crew changed my life. I have gained so much of my capacity back after being so sick for so long.
There's literally no point in going here, I'm surprised it's still being funded. Reason being they're treating post covid/long covid issues yet they seem to know very little. Keeping up to date with news articles and googling research will give you more insight. The NP I see is kinda rude, and hard to communicate with. They offer little to no treatment.
