I’m a teenager and I went there last year i believe, I was having a major depression episode so my parents took me here. It was awful, I don’t remember who I went to, but she didn’t ask me any questions, and she just let me rant on about ransom stuff. She didn’t write anything down though she had a clip board, and I felt like she just wasn’t even listening to me. I got better on my own eventually, but it would’ve been nice to know someone was listening to me.
VERY late review, but I did my internship here a few years ago and I really enjoyed working with the team of therapists and doctors. They were patient, kind, and understanding. There are several approaches each of the therapists use to help clients. Amazing team work! Thank you!
The Counselor I saw didn’t know general psych terminology concerning issues I had been working on with another dr before I moved to This state. She was unprofessional and said she wouldn’t acknowledge me if we saw each other in public because people would know I was in counseling...like it’s embarrassing to seek betterment.
