wowi cant believe dr rigan told me to come back in 2 years to make a consultation with him because when i was there to see him it wasnt the right time to have the procedure i wanted. so i called there today the receptionist told me he didnt want me as a patient. wth. i only saw him for like 10 minutes 2 years ago..i find him very arrogant and unprofessional and had no answer to why he would not see me. i would never recommend this dr to anyone things happen for a reason and maybe the reason was to tell me to find a bette... read more
