Es pésimo la comunicación 😒las recepciónistas nunca contestan y siempre están con su mala cara no atiende nada bien los doctores y enfermeros eso si está bien pero la comunicación si es fatal

Yo adoro este lugar! Siempre han sido tan receptivos con mi hija de 7 años. Las enfermeras siempre con una sonrisa y los doctores todos muy amables, y lo importante que siempre nos ayudan en mi idioma 🙏🏻 Gracias!

We recently moved to Greenville and needed to establish care for our 1-year-old and 4-year-old. We called Prisma’s scheduling line as instructed and were told it would be two months before we could be seen. We accepted the wait and scheduled back-to-back appointments for both children. We never received a confirmation email however we’re told that the appointments had been scheduled. I been taking my daughters here for years and never had this bad experience before. I have never had an issue until yesterday, The NP Jessica Blake Robbins that treated my daughter yesterday was blantaly disrespectful and unprofessional. What hurt the most is my 16 year old daughter came home crying because of how poorly she had treated us. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what... but that does NOT giver her a excuse to have us treated with lack of compassion. I would definitely be changing physicians. No lo recomiendo , hiendo a este lugar por años y nunca había pasado cosa como esta la NP Jessica Robbins me saca fuera del cuarto y me dice que le hará unas preguntas al niño y yo con toda confianza no tengo nada que esconder salgo y para mi sorpresa sin mi consentimiento le chequea sus partes privadas sin yo estar pendiente, mucho ojo en este lugar y la leader me dice que el niño se sintió cómodo y que él dio el permiso , él es un niño como para tomar desiciones
