Es pésimo la comunicación 😒las recepciónistas nunca contestan y siempre están con su mala cara no atiende nada bien los doctores y enfermeros eso si está bien pero la comunicación si es fatal

Yo adoro este lugar! Siempre han sido tan receptivos con mi hija de 7 años. Las enfermeras siempre con una sonrisa y los doctores todos muy amables, y lo importante que siempre nos ayudan en mi idioma 🙏🏻 Gracias!

We recently moved to Greenville and needed to establish care for our 1-year-old and 4-year-old. We called Prisma’s scheduling line as instructed and were told it would be two months before we could be seen. We accepted the wait and scheduled back-to-back appointments for both children. We never received a confirmation email however we’re told that the appointments had been scheduled.
