Pésimo servicio estoy tratando de hacer una cita desde hace una hora. Y solo dicen que están ocupados ahora y no pueden contestar no puedo creer que tanto tiempo se tarden en contestar 😡. Y hace un mes mi hija tenía su cita de vacunas. Y al llegar me dicen que no hay vacunas que vaya a otra instalación en una semana 🙄 no entiendo para que me citaron entonces si no tendrían las vacunas. solo me hicieron estar ahí esperando más de una hora para nada. 👎

Poor customer service to other races, don't answer the phones if they do they hang up
Their nurses line is HORRIBLE! The office won’t even answer at all on the weekends! Definitely switching doctors. Not only that but they told me my son was fine and wasn’t sick sick that he seemed to have allergies or a cold then I brought him to a different doctor at the er and come to find out it was not only Covid 19 but a virus on top of it. They need to do something about this it ridiculous really..
