Poor customer service to other races, don't answer the phones if they do they hang up

Their nurses line is HORRIBLE! The office won’t even answer at all on the weekends! Definitely switching doctors. Not only that but they told me my son was fine and wasn’t sick sick that he seemed to have allergies or a cold then I brought him to a different doctor at the er and come to find out it was not only Covid 19 but a virus on top of it. They need to do something about this it ridiculous really..

Giving this visit a 2 due to the terrible facilities. My son was the first appointment of the day and the waiting room was dirty with crumbs and grass on the seats. The toilet seat in the bathroom was falling off the base. The clinic is not well cared for. I was shocked that Prisma puts their name on a building that bad. I will say the care we received was great! Dr. Barnett was caring and connected so well with my son! She and the staff deserve better clinic working conditions.

LEAH IS THE WORST PERSON EVER. they called me because the doctor was sick so he wasn’t gonna be able to see my son today. So I asked her what could I do because my son really need his medicine Because he has ADHD. I asked her about the location near the hospital and she said it burnt down so I asked what other location could I go to because I did not want to come back to this location because I felt like It was unprofessional.
