What an amazing dentist experience we had as a family. Dr. Austin and his assistant is wonderful, very knowledgeable, and the office in whole treats everyone with respect dignity and like family and on top of that the office smells amazing very refreshing. Will recommend to everyone in need of a wonderful dentist
Love this office my daughter been going here for a while now. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.
We were very happy with Dr. Baker but today Dr. Austin blew my socks off!!! He was extremely attentive to our 10 yr old being shy. He had a " talk " with her about how important stellar oral hygiene is. All the things that Mamma tells her but they are actually received when someone else says them. We went over a treatment plan & he was very honest with me on what to expect. I appreciate his approach and amazing chair side manner as a Mamma who doesn't like things sugar coated but wants things gentle for her babies.
Only gave three stars because we loved the hygienist, however the dentist felt very aggressive and pompous like he was telling us what we are going to do vs giving us options.
