I’m so upset with this office. They took my kids in without asking for my physical insurance cards which is their fault, and they then charged me for a past appointment which should have been covered and then made an appointment for my other child who had major tooth pain and then I got there to the appointment and they refused to see my child in pain because of the other child’s bill which should have been covered. And instead of telling me that on the phone they wait until I drive 30 minutes to the appointment to refuse us... read more

My younger son was horrified of dentists after a big procedure at loma linda school of dentistry and it took forever to find a dentist who was calm and kind. They have been so conscious of his age too. Hes 12 but still needs a lil more love . Im very grateful
