Dr Jones is very compassionate and empathetic when it comes to the pain. I had a poor experience with this office. The staff are not helpful, friendly, or have an iota of compassion.The appointment with Dr. Arora went well (which is the extra star) , but just can’t justify returning with the nasty front office. I was scheduled for a steroid injection to help with my L4L5 herniated disc pain. I was scheduled for Thursday and called Monday to see if I could get in any sooner. I would HIGHLY recommend the center for pain management. Dr. Knab and his staff are the kindest, most attentive health care professionals I have ever encountered.
